Chocolate Chips Muffins

INGREDIENTS

 

190 gr butter
200 gr sugar
1/2 teaspoon
1 pinch salt
1 Vanillina
100 gr chocolate chips
 200 ml milk
3 eggs
16 gr baking powder
400  gr  
flour
METHOD
Turn
the
oven to 180 C°. Soften the butter at room temperature, add sugar  and then whisk the ingredients (maybe with the help of a hand mixer) vigorously for a few minutes, until the mixture is creamy.
Add the eggs, one at a time to the butter mixture and sugar always beating.Add the warm milk flashily and continue to whisk until the consistency will be very smooth, swollen and homogeneous.
Mix in a bowl and sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla and salt, and add them to the mixture a little at a time until everything will be creamy and without lumps to finally add 80 grams of chocolate chips, keeping 20g by to decorate the surface of muffins. Put the dough in a pastry bag, prepare a muffin mold with baking cups and fill up to the rim.
 After holding the muffins with chocolate chips put them in a convection oven for about 20 minutes. Once cooked, turn off the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes in the oven with the door open, then you can extract them and let them cool completely.
